INSIDER, November 2025

Welcome to the Future of Field Service INSIDER!

I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re with us for the first time, or coming back after our hiatus, we’re happy to have you with us.

We haven’t sent a newsletter in over a year. 🫣 For those of you who have been here from the beginning, I’m sorry we disappeared! We’re a small team and over the last year we were simply pulled in too many directions.

The good news is, not only are we back—but we’ve reimagined the INSIDER to be better than ever. We want this to be more than a quick-glance content recap—we want to offer you, our inner circle, a newsletter worthy of digging in.

That’s what we hope we’ve curated for you here, and what we plan to continue monthly moving forward. In each installment of the INSIDER, you’ll find content created EXCLUSIVELY for you — content that isn’t available elsewhere. And that’s because you’re special to us!

Each INSIDER will include a personal note from myself, sharing a bit more of a behind-the-scenes look at both Future of Field Service as well as my day-to-day life. I’m looking forward to writing these From the Editors, because it gives me an opportunity to be more causally authentic than I’m able to in our weekly articles.

You'll also find a Stand Out Spotlight — a Q&A with one of our Stand Out 50 leaders. This will give you a closer look at their ideas, practices, and current goals. In the INSIDER, you can “Ask Me Anything” – truly. Each issue will feature my honest response to a question submitted by one of you, and no topic is off limits.

And, of course, you’ll find a summary of the past month’s content – making it easy to ensure you haven’t missed an article you’d like to read or a podcast you want to listen to.

Please remember as you dig in that we're always interested to hear what you think and open to any ideas you have that'd help us better serve this community. If you have feedback to share, please reach out!
