The Stand Out 50 Leaders are nominated by colleagues and peers and chosen based on how they cut through the noise with their innovative approaches, authentic leadership, and flawless execution of service strategies.

The Stand Out 50 awards goal is to highlight leaders who are making the most significant impact on their teams, their companies, their customers, and even their industries, and to provide a platform where we can celebrate them with the global service community.

The winners ceremony for the Stand Out 50 will be announced on stage at IFS Unleashed, in Orlando on October 17th. In front of a global service community, the winners will be presented with their award by our judges and announced to the world live. IFS Unleashed brings together the most innovative and forward-thinking business leaders from across the world, attracting thousands of users, technology leaders and C-level executives.

Who qualifies as a stand out leader?

If you have a team member who is leading the way, who is your guiding light for service excellence in your organisation, we want to hear about them! Job titles aside we are looking for individuals who are passionate about making service the driving force in their business and are always looking for ways to grow and develop existing service strategies. We want to hear about people who are having a noticeable impact on their teams, their companies, their customers, and even their industries as a whole.

What traits should my leader have?

We’re looking for attributions across three categories; innovative approaches, authentic leadership, and flawless execution of service strategies. If you can find reasoning for how your leader shows up in these three areas then we want to hear about them. If you have more comments on why they deserve to be named a Stand out 50 leader then don’t worry, there is plenty of space in the nomination form for you to give more information.

It’s time to submit your nomination!

Using the link below, please give us both your information and the details of your Stand Out 50 nominee. When you have submitted, we’ll email you to let you know we’ve received it. We’ll be informing winners privately during the month of August so they can start to prepare for the ceremony and following promotion but you’ll have to wait until October 17th the find out who made the final 50 as we announce the winners to the world live at IFS Unleashed!
